Fulci Gates of Hell Trilogy - Where to find?

I've been trying to find a copy of Fulci's Gates of Hell Trilogy (The Beyond, House By the Cemetery, City of the Living Dead) on Blu-ray but no one seems to have it in stock. The few places like ebay that I've seen it, it's well over $100. Does anyone know whether the set is for sale somewhere at a reasonable price? Or even on a better DVD release than the double set I have of The Beyond and House By the Cemetery by Anchor Bay, which isn't very good quality. Any thoughts?
