Hi Family.  I'm looking to compile a list of classic horror movies and tv shows that have a Christmas theme for an upcoming article in Scary Monsters Magazine.  I'm looking for all Horror/Christmas themed movies and tv shows pre-1980.  So far I have:
Twilight Zone: Night of the Meek
Santa Claus vs. the Devil
Santa Claus Conquers the Martians

Maybe not what your looking for here, but don't forget the EC stories and the Christmas themed issues from Warren. They might make an interesting sidebars to your article. I'll look for it in future issues of Scary Monsters.

And the filmed version of TFTC (1972) "And All Through the House" segment. I'm pretty sure the TV series did that story, too.

Whoever Slew Auntie Roo? (1971)

Black Christmas (1974)

Pick a version of "A Christmas Carol".

A favorite of mine:  The X-Files - Season 6, Episode 6

How the Ghosts Stole Christmas, December 13, 1998 - On Christmas Eve, Mulder and Scully stakeout a house that is supposedly haunted by the ghosts of two lovers who killed each other in a lovers' pact 81 years before.

David Duchovny, Gillian Anderson,  Ed and Lily Tomlin and Edward Asner

Sorry, I missed the "pre-1980" stipulation in the original post.

Still fun for fans of the genre who aren't looking for yet another Hallmark Christmas tale.

Oops! I missed that, too. That's gonna cut out about 80% of the titles.  ;D

Dead of Night (1945) an antholgy film. One of the segments included
The Christmas Party

(Directed by Alberto Cavalcanti; story by Angus MacPhail)

    Michael Allan as Jimmy Watson
Sally Ann Howes as Sally O'Hara
    Barbara Leake as Mrs O'Hara
I edited this, because the film I originally mentioned was of recent vintage.

Also
"Christmas with the Addams Family" (1965)

I don't think I've ever seen this episode.  Did The Munsters have any Christmas episodes that you can remember?

There was this '90s TV movie/special.

I had wondered why the Munster Koach in this film appeared to be a T-Bucket, that was dressed up as much as possible to look like the Koach from the original series. This was odd, since they had built a recent replica for the previous made for TV movie. Turned out it was filmed in Australia, and I guess they didn't want to go through the trouble of bringing it over from the US.
