What Are These Japanese Toys ?

I have a feeling I've asked about these, before, but what are these?

Are they about 4" tall?  I believe these are knock off sofubi figures, often sold in clear bags with header cards with generic art from a variety of different companies like Bandai.    Mandarake often has them in stock and they ship to America-- if you're ever in Japan they have 6-7 locations but their best one (IMO) is in downtown Tokyo in the Shibuya district set six floors underground.

I've seen that bag series at Mandarake and at Gateway in Nagoya-- another great store but very very small.

According to that one auction, they are a bit too pricey, for me.
