John Tucky, former member here and a long time creator of Garage Kits through his company XOFacto, passed away this weekend. John was a major force in the Garage Kit industry, creating many high quality kits that are treasured by modelers everywhere. John was also an avid modeler who won awards for his astonishing builds. He will be missed by all his Garage Kit friends.

All we know now is that he passed quietly in his sleep. His mother passed a few years back, but he had some health issues of his own recently.

Saw him many a year at Wonderfest. Have and had some of his kits. Talked with him on the phone about B movies quite a bit. He was good people.
