Big Jimi Fan. "Hey Joe" is prob my second fav Jimi song. But "Little Wing" is just one of my favorite songs period.

"Red House" and "If 6 was 9" should be in conversation too.

The Batman

This is a great topic, but I could type for hours about Jimi's music.
'Have lots of rare songs on cassettes from an old radio show that played songs that even some big fans have not heard before. Studio outtakes, alternate versions, jam versions and the list goes on.
'Love playing certain parts of his songs on guitar and some bass parts.
"Little Wing" is the first song that comes to mind this evening.
But if I list one or two more songs, I may have to type for a    l o n g   time . . .

Am I the only one who considers "Spanish Castle Magic" a Hendrix mega-classic? It's always omitted from the hits comps.

Jimi Bat

Cry Of Love
Rainbow Bridge
Machine Gun - That first set by BOG at the Filmore that came out a year or so ago.

I'm so sorry to hear that. Life changes so much after the loss of a loved one. Time, is the only thing that helps with that.
