Please identify this fine Werewolf mask

I believe it's a Tom Spina mask, or else a mask inspired by Tom Spina's work. He made several Star Wars masks including the famous Chewbacca mask. (View Tom Spina werewolf masks online and some are very close to this one.)

'Sent to me years ago by a friend in Southern CA who is out of contact with people for now.

To me it looks like the mask released by The Prop Shop years ago, although the top teeth look different... maybe modified?
