just got a awesome book called The Old - Time Radio Horror Host Handbook written by Kurt Kuersteiner.
wonderful coverage of the old school radio.
if your into that type of thing this book is a MUST!
its a shame that radio has went so down hill!

all those show and more!  good description of the series and host. not really a guide list but excellent examples of the openings and closings. a few i had never heard of. i got the book while doing research on a couple of books that i'm writing ... i found it at www.monsterwax.com .... the site has a few more books that i will get at some point as well.
