Here's what I think.

I think we should close the UMA and all other collector sites, burn all price guides and collector books, close ebay and then we can get everything we want at garage sales for 25 cents!

But this means I have to get up early.   >:(

Yes, but I am serious.

For the imput and opinions alone, not to mention the knowledge and expertise involved, certain businesses should  help pay for this site, and you know who I mean.

Otherwise, here I am.

What can I find for you?

Find me a private Island Bob...with Marion Crane. Before Norman gets her.

I think it's "not cool" to post "hidden" auctions. If there is a Frankenstein bucket listed as "Orange grumpy plastic face," with a $1 starting bid, that is a hidden auction. Yes, someone might get it for dirt cheap. You're not doing anyone any favors by posting it in a public forum...
Well, I think posting an auction in a forum such as this one is doing the seller a favor...

That great Frankenbucket sold for close to $700.  Assuming what the seller had advised me when I questioned him, the bucket's strap is still attached.  With the great paint and its look, I think that was a good buy... for somebody.
If you want to view Paradise, simply look around and view it.

Certainly. Private islands start around $500k, though.

Bob, you will impress me if you can find me this original photographic print:

I suspect someone in our community has it. It needs to find its way to me.

That photo sure looked familiar to me, Ray. I must have seen it or a similar one on ebay, and you're right, someone who has been here has it.

It looks like a photo taken with a "Swinger" camera from the 60s, which means it is tiny- like 3"X4".

Precisely. But not any member of this board potentially interested in buying the item.

I don't care how tiny it is. I need to smoke out that photo. Smoke it out of the bushes. Draw it into the shallows.
