You are correct they did make a Frankenstein Car, it is in my collection. It is Chaney Jr. from Ghost of Frankenstein.

Did a quick search and also found a Wolf Man and Dracula(s), both a generic and a Lugosi.

Looks like there were actor as well as UM style guide versions of Dracula, Frankenstein and the Mummy.

So far the only 1:24 scale Nascar I'm seeing with multiple monsters is Dale Jarret #88, which has Frankenstein on the hood and Dracula/Creature on the rear fenders.
