Miniature horror/torture diorama(Skylon Tower,Niagara Falls 70'-74ish)

Does anyone have any recollection of a miniature horror display at the base/basement  of the Skylon Tower in Niagara Falls, Ontario circa 1970-74?
It was a very terrifyingly realistic version of various torture devices in operation(A la the Aurora Monster Scenes,but a thousand times as gruesome,In one I seem to recall a woman impaled through her private part )I couldn't believe that little kids were allowed to see it?

Yeah maybe to drum up business for them,It really did seem out of place at the tower.

I'm not pro-torture, but I do love a nice torture display

Although this talks of the show as travelling, I'm 99% certain there were permanent displays as well eventually.
