Blow Mold Candy Holders?

I just got these guys today. They look like old candy holders but they are small; like 6-8 oz. They have a hole at the top but no other holes for a handle?? I found one photo of a devil candy bucket that looked similiar but I think it's larger? Any info on these?

These look like the tops to the plastic tubes that held the candy . The candy was multi colored balls the size of bb's. They are from tthe 60's.

The holes are at the top of their heads & the bottoms are closed & flat though? The look like little plastic cups??

The holes are on top? The ones i was thinking of had small holes on the bottom about the size of a pencil.

I have some of both. Some are candy cups and some are light bulb covers. The covers can in a bag, so you can make do it yourself Halloween light strings, I think from the 1960's.
