I just turned off the DVD player that had been running all night and went to my computer.

Amazing to see the news story unfolding in Boston.   The whole town shut down, mass transit in and out of the area halted and no flights allowed overhead.

Do we have any members caught up in this?

If so, please stay safe.

We were just up there recently. My niece goes to Boston College and was heading down to the marathon when it all hit the fan.

One of the TV reporters described Boston as looking like something from "The Day  the Earth Stood Still", and he is old enough to be referencing the 1951 movie.
