I am rather lucky, you're right. 

Regarding my taste-- I've been lucky there as well. I have had the good fortune to have some friends in this collecting field who cultivated my knowledge and my interests. Chief among them Ray and Andy. Terry's, Richard's and Bobby's collections always inspired me too...

I coveted the yellow Frankie in Terry's collection for years. From time to time, I still feel guilty having him. Not so guilty as to give him back, mind you. But just a twinge... Every now and then.
