I was just messing around on the InternetWeb and stubled across these pictures of Blow-Molded Toys:

Creature

Godzilla

King Kong - Group

King Kong & Friend - A

King Kong & Friend - B

And my favorite:  King Kong - Bank?

Is this the King Kong that was made by the same people who made the 18" Frankenstein Bank?  I have heard there was a Kong but have never seen a picture.

Here is where I found these pictures, if anyone wants to look for more.  I did not search the whole gallery:

Is this yellow plastic with some of the black paint missing, or black plastic with most of the yellow paint missing?

The pictures had no accompanying text.  No descriptions or dimensions were given.

But it sure looks like a Yellow Kong with some of the black paint scraped off the high points - like the teeth, etc.

I just assumed it was a cousin to the Yellow Frankenstein 18" Blow-Molded Bank.

Those at fine toys. Good our bad condition.

The king kong bank like frankenstein is nekrodaves, its molded in yellow and painted black.
Below is the thread with mine, it  is molded in black plastic with factory painted eyes.
these are the only two I have ever seen. much rarer than the frankenstein banks but made by the same people i believe wholeheartedly.

Thanks for the link!  I completely missed that thread.  Some of the greatest stuff can be found in the UMA pages.  (And some of the greatest people willing to share.)

Funny that the makers chose to make some of the blow-molds in yellow and pink plastic.

Each of those photos is part of a review (most written my Nekro Dave Keymont, an great fellow with an amazing collection). He ppresents a lot of in depth writing and beautiful photography. Please go to Collection DX and seek them out.

Here's the link to the yellow with black paint blow-molded Kong review (which you can get to by clicking through the photos you found on bing):
