Need help IDing an old monster movie

Hi everyone,

I've been reading posts on the Universal Monster Army forum for awhile and have really enjoyed them. I'm a huge fan of the monster movie genre and have decided to finally join the forum. My first question for you all is "What Monster Movie Is This?"



I've heard of this film and seen references to it and most recently came upon some short clips of it on YouTube which is where the picture above is from. Nevertheless, I have no idea what the name of this film is. If anyone can ID it I would be most appreciative.
