Any data for 1970’s/80’s battery op jiggler monsters?

Hi all, sorry if this is the wrong space, but I recall in the early 80's there was an odd item I'm trying to get back in my hands.

It was a translucent red stiffer jiggler type rubber demon/monster sort of in the Russ production vein, but styled more like a Remco Crystar sort of vibe.
It had a sort of dragon long jaw open mouth head with spikes/horns on the skull, and the arms were up in menacing jiggler positions but the sculpt was a littler more dimensional than average.  The main body trunk and legs were all essentially morphed into a sleeve to cover an internal mechanism, so it was shaped kind of like an overly larger finger puppet with small reptile/dragon toes at the bottom sides, like the stomach went all the way to the base.  Whole thing was maybe 4.5" tall I want to say?  It towered a bit over 3.75" figs, and felt like an Arco kind of boot to be a lava monster for Crystar or something.

It wasn't actually a finger puppet, but was shaped that way in order to receive a plastic insert taking up the main body that spun a heavy metal internal weight inside.  I want to say AA battery operated but memory isn't confirming. You set thing to go and it spun the off center weight on a spindle, causing the rubber arms to vibrate as it "walked" the body forward.

I can't quite figure out what subgenre to describe it as while I'm searching to replace it... so if anyone remembers this thing, or a different one like it, all info would be welcome.  Pretty sure for me it was a yard sale pick up, so I don't have definitive production years or maker.  I do recall it may have had a mark in an oval somewhere on the back of the sleeve body, but I can't place any text from memory.
All leads welcome
Thanks!

Welcome back! It's been a while.  :)

Even though I have no idea what this thing could be, this is definitely the right place to inquire about it.  :)

I know exactly what you're talking about, but can't remember the name.   Kinda looked like the monster heads from the Swamp Thung line on a glow pen or wand type of thing.    They came carded.    Fright Flashers or something like that.

Well now at least we'll both be cursed by the half-knowledge, lol!

Swamp thing monster line head topper similarity yes, but wand not drawing any connection - perhaps there were alternates though?
Since mine was likely an unpackaged pick up, all I do recall was that you could "wind" the weight on it's axle from the bottom and drop the rubber/plastic hybrid on a table for it to jiggle walk... so it had a flat base.  Lighting up seams reasonable, but my only option for that had been setting it on top of a flashlight aimed at the ceiling.  The material was semi translucent orangish red, but it did have a yellow painted "scaled" stomach (more like segmented, the stomach had ridges like stacked shingles but they went flat across the body) and I think yellow painted eyes

I own the rubber part, but I found it loose and have never known its origins. Regrettably, I can't access it right now.
