Big Creature model kit

Hey gang!

Just finished another commission.  This one is the Big Creature kit that was produced by Diceman Creations a few years back.  It was designed as a companion piece to the Gigantic Frankenstein.  I really had a great time doing this one and I wish I had bought one from Ed when he still had them.  Please have a look at my folder of progression pictures here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/chuckjeffers/sets/72157604069580170/ and let me know what you think!

Nice Job!!  I wish I would have bagged one myself when they were available. I don't believe I saw the anchor that went with it something like the rock and chain that went with Big Frankie. My eyesight is getting a little bad. I might have missed it in the pic.

Hey Steve,

The anchor is under the lower hand.  It is attached to the right leg by a chain.  I kind of had it pushed back in the picture.
It is blending in with the stuff in the display case.  I have never been good at taking the pictures.

That paint job is INSANE... Awesome job!! I gotta remember to ask Ed Bowkley of Diceman if he plans to carry anymore of those kits ever again when i see him at Chiller. Thanks for posting!

YES! He will be offering them again.

Ed's version is a mix of vinyl and resin. I spoke to him not long ago and he said he would have more bodies in May and offer Big Gilluna once again.

I have one of the original copies that were all resin....if it would ever arrive, that is.

Does anyone know if Ed is traveling righ now? I tried to contact him about a week ago and have not heard back.

COOL!... As far as i know, Ed will be at Chiller in early May. He's always in the dealer's room and hasn't missed one yet to my knowledge. Thanks for the update!
