On this day, May 3rd, 1933, Mr. Frederick Kerr passed away. He is known for is role as Baron Frankenstein, father of Victor in FRANKENSTEIN 1931.

And as Elizabeth mentioned recently the great film WATERLOO BRIDGE, which starred Mae Clarke--let's add that this James Whale-directed great also had Mr. Kerr in it.  Also in 1931.

Another fine Kerr role was in the crime comedy RAFFLES, which starred Ronald Coleman.

Kerr didn't start in movies until he was close to 60 years old--take note of that, aging fan-base!  It is never too late for another "first time" in your life!
