While entertaining some relatives from out of town, I ended up at Madame Tussaud's in NY and look who I ran into:

Sorry Frank got a bit washed out by the flash.
Oddly there was no lid on or near the sarcophegus, although I had seen one before around Halloween (they display horror figures in the lobby in October) and was told the lid had been shipped to another location.

Sean

Great stuff.  I really like Bela.

The Karloff/Frankenstien Monster leaves a bit to be desired.

Wolf Man

What? No Wolf Man?  What is up with that? Oh, the descrimination.
Even a man who is pure at heart......

I wondered about the Wolfman as well and can't help but think it is because of the hair.
It seems the hair on many figures needs constant upkeep and the Wolfman has tons of hair.

Re the Creature, I am guessing is is a matter of having to sculpt an entire body. It is interesting though that that feature a Creature poster twice in the museum though.

I am always disappointed that they don't have a "proper" horror section at the NY location.
I would think that would be a popular area.

Most Horrible

Dracula looks so real! Love the hands! A lot of work goes into creating each figure. They really should have a classic horror display.
