Brittany Murphy, 32, died of cardiac arrest Sunday morning. She was Shellie in Sin City, Alex in 8 Mile, and the voice of Luanne in King of the Hill....

Too young!!!!    RIP

Not all that familiar with this gal, though I have seen a couple of her films; cardiac arrest at 32 seems pretty unusual and makes you wonder just what was going on there...   :-\

Sad. Way too young.
I thought I read somewhere she battled bulimia; if that's true, then depending on its severity/duration, problems with the heart can result.
Even as terrible as that and her untimely death are, I hope that's all it was. I admired her voiceover work especially.
Rest now, Brittany.

Sad, she was beautiful and talented. I liked her especially in Sin City.

Halloween Jeff

I did see a article that said the Coroner's Office removed bags of prescription meds, including some for anxiety and depression.....

Opera Ghost

My wife said last night that the Coroners report was leaked yesteday and suggests suicide. Not spreading rumors, ok, I guess I am, but that is the latest that I've heard.

I've never heard of her, but it's always a tragedy to lose someone so young.
