Has anyone placed an order on the Christopher Lee Web online store in the last couple of months?  I placed an order for a Dracula Ring back in August, and it still seems to be in pending status.  Anyone know if these are out of stock permanently?  I have emailed the address given on Paypal, and also the address listed on the Forum (which I still can't post to) to no avail.

If anyone has information on this, I'd love to hear it.  Perhaps someone here frequents that board as well?

Thanks, everyone.

I bought an autographed 8x10 of him as Frankenstein from his site about 6 months ago.  It took about 7 weeks from time of payment to get to me.  If he runs the website pretty much as him and an assistant, he may be over run this time of year, or his age could be catching up to him.  He's 86 now, and has a very active lifestyle.  If I ever see 86, my days will probably be confined to laying on the couch watching his movies. Oh wait, I do that now.

Seriously, if more than 7 weeks have passed, obviously it has if its been since August, contact the store's customer service.  If the store's customer service isn't working or responding, you could always just scrap the order and ask PP for a refund.

If that wasn't so true, I'd even laugh harder! Funny stuff indeed!

I purchased an autograph and it took 4 weeks and several emails before I even got a response, let alone the autograph (which took, I believe, 2 weeks more) I think you just have to be patient but persistent. :-\

Thank you all for your replies.  I suppose I never thought Sir Christopher was running all that, just him and an assistant.  That does alter my perspective significantly on the subject.

The emails I utilized are webmaster(*at*)christopherleeweb  and shop(*at*)christopherleeweb.  The latter was what was listed on Paypal, but I see now that according to my emailed invoice it is a "no-reply" automated email address.  I am not able to log into their board (my account is in limbo for some reason, and has yet to be activated after my registration) so I am curious:  Is there a better email to use to contact them?

My gratitude for the polite input, indeed.
