First of 5 expressions

Never sits right on the head

He is supposed to have a sort of determined look like he has at the typewriter in the title sequence but it kind of makes him look angry due to the left eyebrow --and people said they think of him with a different expression so this is the "control" face and then I have 4 others.

Sir Masksalot

If it's any consolation, he does look more determined than angry.
Either way, it's a good likeness. I haven't watched an episode of
the show in decades. Is it being broadcast anywhere?

KelG1

Thanks.
I think it is on some tv stations regularly. I may have seen a couple of episodes when it first aired--I remember the knight and lizard ones. The Night Strangler was always shown but I never saw the Night Stalker until home video.
CBS aired the series in the 80s and I videotaped it.

No one has commented yet (on other forums)  that he looks angry--but at 1 am when I am staring at the pictures before bed--I started to think about it.
He is meant to look determined.
When I did the original design I was only going to do this one head--but had so many comments about expressions that they felt were more suited for him--I ended up making more.

I am going to be as frustrated as Vincenzo with Kolchak by the time I am done!

It's shown on ME TV Saturday Night at midnight.

I prefer the tv-movies but there are episodes of the series I really like. The Zombie one, the Spanish Moss creature, I will watch them all again this Fall for the 50th anniversary and have my Kolchaks there.
I made some arms for them as well to hold cameras and recorders but I goofed on the scale so need to redo them. But I did paint the prototypes.

KelG1

The other Kolchaks.
The grin is the hardest--I am not sure i am satisfied but i don't think I can improve on it except for painting changes.
I need to add the camera and recorder but after I get the new scaled versions.

I sold one so remade it after my crack team of shippers sent it off.

This one drove me nuts. I think this is the last attempt.
I have a couple with the camera and recorder after I finish the molds for them.

Final ones with hands added (removable for now)
