Let's just say, HYPOTHETICALLY, I had plans to make a simple, fan made fighting game, in the similar vein of Terrordrome: Rise of the Boogeymen, and featuring the Universal Monsters (and others).
What would you want out of it?

Well, I've never played any of the games you mentioned. I assume
they're video games (?). It's difficult to decide whether to pit
the Universal Monsters against eachother or unleash them onto
criminal elements of human society. Just imagine an army of
"Mole People" burrowing up into gangland territory. Offhand,
I can think of nothing more satisfying.

That is a great idea for a game. A sort of "real time tactical" game where you command units of Mole People.

Mole People weren't on my definite list of monsters I wanted to start with, but I could totally see them working in a fighting game element. So, we'll see....

I would like something like Darkstalkers or Omen of Sorrow or a Survival Horror with tank controls like Alone in the Dark or Silent Hill but taking place on a small town invaded by Monsters?? I dunno, join all Monsters in a single story would be tricky but maybe diferent chapters with diferent protagonists and storys can give each Monster enough screen time.

That idea does sound pretty chilling! The Universal Monsters against criminal elements? It would be a wild and terrifying mix—imagine Dracula and Frankenstein's monster teaming up to take down a mafia syndicate, while the Mole People disrupt the underground world in ways no one saw coming. The chaos and horror would be off the charts. It's a hauntingly satisfying thought to picture those classic monsters wrecking havoc in a totally different setting.

That would be an absolutely insane crossover! The sheer contrast between supernatural terror and organized crime could make for some unforgettable moments. Just imagine the Wolfman tearing through a mob hideout under the full moon—unstoppable and relentless.
