Great actor! Loved him in "The Russians Are Coming", "Catch 22", "The In-Laws", "The Rocketeer" and many others.

He was great. I wish he and Peter Falk had done more things together. They had a wonderful chemistry with The In-Laws. RIP Sir

Alan Arkin was a great actor.  He had one of those soft, comforting voices that would have been perfect for reading bedtime stories to kids.
