The shorter days of Summer begin tomorrow.  The downhill march to longer nights, Fall and the holidays begins.

Yeah, welcome summer. I was shocked wide awake by a peal of thunder last night.

I am one of the few that absolutely hate the summer, heat, and sun.  I love the night (work night shift), fall, winter, cloudy days, rain, snow, and cold.  So now that the Summer solstice is over, I am excited that the days will start getting shorter.  This light-til-9 pm thing sucked, lol.
