I just pulled out my dvd and checked the credits. There's no mention of who played Triton.

Maybe Ray Harryhausen, Forry, or Bob Burns might know.

   Mario: I have a hardcover book from the mid-70's  about Harryhausen's work that might have the information in it but I'm working a double shift today and won't get home to look until after 9:00 p.m. "Ray Harryhausen's Fantasy Film Scrapbook" or something like that.

UPDATE! This thread caught my eye so I looked it up. So the actor who played Triton was Bill Gudgeon, not much history on him and it only took 13 years.
