Why is there no "real" bates motel?

I wonder why Universal never created a "real" Bates Motel for guests to stay in.  The decor would be decidedly low end to match the film. I could see this as the Universal equivalent to the cabins at Disney. No wi-fi. Old fashioned tube TVs.

If they did....everyone would be looking for peep holes drilled into their rooms,lol. At least in cabin 1.

I would FULLY expect peep holes.

The water usage would be very low, as not too many people would be taking showers. lol
