I added just a touch of blue to everything...the fur, rocks, etc to give the indication of moonlight.
Up next is King Kong!

It's purdy! I like it! Shoot it in in the dark with a spot light.

Great! Those eyes look creepy.

That really is an outstanding job!

I remember buying this kit, when it came out, I think in 1962, no one, and I mean no one, could ever have painted a kit like this.  As an 8 year old at the time, I remember running around with my friends exchanging glimpses of our, at that time, newest monster model, the Wolfman, and seeing who painted their's best, it was only in these later years that we all could see just what could actually be done with the detail, along with the different painting schemes, that could and would make these vintage masterpieces stand out, this is surely one of them!!

Listen to them...Children of the night...What music they make!

Fantastic job! As said before, the eyes are amazing- you really made it look like the way an animal's (canine or cat) reflect light in dark surroundings.

As a kid, I was not the only one who was a bit disappointed in the lack of resemblance between the Aurora and Chaney jr. Wolf Man- but your work really shows how a well thought out color scheme and technique can take a kit like this and really make it a dazzling display.

Crazy good work!! Truly a piece of art.

Thanks for the kind words fellow fiends!

I'm currently trying not to let some big ape make a monkey out of me...hint hint.

Very cool paint palette you used.   Does remind of being out in the cool blue moonlight.  I like the deviation from the brown haired wolf.

Thanks for sharing.

Kind Regards,

For what it's worth, I think this is the best of the impressive lot you've done
