question for veteran show vendors

I never sold my art at a show for more than one day. does anyone know at these 3 day shows do you leave your stuff behind every day or break it down and pack it up?

I've done a few comic book/toy shows over the years. At the multiple day shows the dealers would cover their displays with sheets and have to vacate the dealers room by a certain time and the room would be either locked or watched by staff. I still took my expensive stuff that was easily carried with me though. I never had any trouble.
