Eartha Kitt, whose purring voice made her a natural for one of the Cat Woman roles on BATMAN, has passed away at 81 years of age.  Miss Kitt did the voice of Bahgeera and panther in a 1998 Disney JUNGLE BOOK/MOWGLI'S STORY film, and was the voice of the comic sorceress in THE EMPEROR'S NEW GROOVE animated films.
