Man that looks great! Would love to have something like that. The head scuplt reminds me of the Cine-Arts bust. Congrats!

Did you take pictures of how you attached head and hands to the mannequin - and the original mannequin you used?

This is the mannequin I used.

The jointed elbows made adding the arms easier. I just unscrewed the mannequin's forearm, added a coupling joint to the screw and attached a 7 inch screw to lengthen it.  Then I drilled 7 inches into the monster's forearm hard foam, filled them with a bit of Gorilla glue and inserted the lengthened screw.

The head I sawed off and sanded until I was happy, and then screwed the resin head to the mannequin bust.  You can use a nut and bolt or some glue to add extra security. I added padding around the bust and to cover a gap where the mannequin's head used to be.  It also gives him that slight hump in his back, which I liked. Having a little bit larger head hole in the mannequin so you can slip a hand in there made it easier to secure the resin head with a locking nut.

I like the mannequin's arm arrangement.

The company is not that far from me.  I could save $58 by picking it up from the factory/salesroom.

Attaching the bust looks kinda difficult to get just right.

A little trial and error.  I had to drill the holes for the resin bust first and line it up on the mannequin a few times. Had to sand off some of the bottom/back of the bust as well.  It'll depend on what bust you have to work with.  It doesn't have to fit flush. A not so perfect fit will be covered up by the clothing and extra padding.  The key with this bust was hanging it low enough on the body so he didn't look like he was looking up.
