Help Identifying This Movie

I was thinking this scene was from "Journey To The Seventh Planet" but I was wrong.  What I recall is...

A few astronauts were exploring another planet.  They were in a cave and a large spider jumped on one of them.  Then one of the others said something like, "It sees us!", and the spider jumped towards them.  One of the astronauts shot and killed it while it was still in the air.

I'm not thinking of "Cat-Women Of The Moon" or "Missile To The Moon".  The spider was much smaller.
