I don't think I would be fooled. 

The rumbling sound effect was a dead giveaway. 
As light travels much faster than sound, you would see the meteor long before you would hear anything. At Chelyabinsk the time lag was about 2 minutes.
And the "window" would look pretty bogus. 
As you approached the desk, there would be a shift in the view if it was a window.
I doubt that LCD screen could imitate the light intensity transmitted through a window--even one with UV protective coatings.

But then, it I were in that room, I'd probably scream like a girl and s#%# my pants!
