1960s Blow Mold Vampire Bank

Just curious if anyone knows anything about this little bank. I know it's from the '60s because I got it when I was a kid. It's 4 1/2" tall and unmarked except for "cut to open" on the bottom (which is the way most of them were marked). Anyone know who made it?
