This Halloween I have decided to look around for some latex mask for the first time in many years. Not because I want to keep them but to keep a eye open for UMA members. Every year I pass up cool latex mask cause they don't keep well in my house or my moms. They tend to rot. So this year instead of passing up the cool mask I'll keep a eye out for the folks of the UMA. I'm sure mask collectors have grail items or high wants. Me I'm clueless on mask latex mask. SO if you have some wants post a pic and if I find it we can work out a trade or something.

35 views and no one wants me to look for a mask for them. I guess there aren't many mask collectors. ::)

I look the day after wen all masks are 50-75% off.  I really don't have one that I "want" but I choose from whatevers left.  Last year there were tons of masks left.  The lady working told me I was like the only one buying masks this year.  I think I ended up buying 11 or 12 masks last year and my bill was only like $180....WHAT A DEAL!!!

I even, accidentally bought 2 Butterball masks from Hellraiser, each for $20.  I ended up selling one on ebay for around $45.
I became insane, with long intervals of horrible sanity...

I am always in the market for a large wearable Frankenstein monster mask.  I am a brute with an enormous dome so it has to be big.

Well i'm talking about those thrift store finds you know. Last year I passed up so many for one i have no clue about mask and 2 my house just doesn't keep mask for some reason? Last year I even passed up some Old Topstones. So this year I'm trying to spread some love.

Halloween III....it's a never ending search. I have found some but they were either knockoffs or WAY out of my price range.

I saw them awhile back for 600.00 I shouldve jumped on it then.

They are being reissued by Don Post this season so know one will have to deal with bootlegs anymore.

Bring along a greased pumpkin to approximate Sean's enormous noggin.
We're all here because we're not all there.

WRONG!  No grease.  We need to replicate the fitting process to my head and I will not be using grease.  So just bring a seriously large pumpkin. ;)

I'm not a real collector or anything. I just have a Karloff Mummy and a Creature that are displayed year round in my room, but I use other masks for indoor props for my party. I usually build some kind of body (pvc or stuffed) that matches my theme, and I take them outside on Halloween, if the weather is good. This year I'm really into the pumpkin and scary Jack O'Lantern heads, so I am looking for those kind of masks. Dr. Lady had a Creepy Cheapie on his site called Pumpkin Rot, and it was the coolest pumpkin mask I've ever seen! So I'm looking for something similar.

Oh...I just went back to look and it was called Rotting Jack. It is such a beautiful mask!  :)
