Anyone watch it yet? Its been getting rave reviews and is certainly a different approach to the horror movie genre. I saw it last night yeah it has some funny moments with some twists, overall I didnt like it and wouldnt see it again. Might rent it when it comes out on redbox to give it another chance to like it.

I'm trying to figure out what the premise is.  I probably won't go out to see it----but I want to watch it when it makes it to cable.

The Creeper

Haven't seen it but when I saw the trailer the first time I thought it might be the Evil Dead remake because the cabin to me looked similar and there was a cellar door that just opens, and a group of young adults lol.
Long live the UMA!

Saw it last night. This is an excellent example of a film with no middle ground. It is a case of love it or hate it.
A group of 4 of us saw it. 3 loved it (myself included) one hated it. HATED IT!
I think for horror fans there is a lot in there to enjoy.

Eager to hear what other board members think.

Unknown Primate

Hey, Creeper - that's the same thing I thought!

The exact same reaction I had as well!

The Creeper

Glad I wasn't the only one that saw the similarities.

Yep!  I even shouted out, "Hey!  That must be the new Evil Dead movie!"  Me being the horror/monster movie expert in my home, my wife laughed at me when I got it wrong!

Curses!

Add me to the list of, "Is this The Evil Dead remake trailer?!".  I didn't really pay that much attention to this flick but after hearing a little more about it I am interested to see it but I'll still be waiting for dvd.  I didn't realize that this had a comedic slant to it.

The premise is pretty much spelled out in the trailers but I've heard there is a twist at the end.
