Sean Connery for me was the coolest of all the 007 actors - who was your favorite? and what 007 films do you like? which is your all-time favorite?

I don't think you'll get any disagreement on Connery, he WAS James Bond. I do like Daniel Craig's no-nonsense approach. Brosnan and Dalton were solid, too. Lazenby wasn't that great, but his movie OHMSS was excellent. The only Bond I didn't care for was Moore. He just seemed like a prissy clown. He wasn't that way in the Saint TV show. My all time favorites are "From Russia With Love"(pure class all the way) and, of course, "Goldfinger"(absolutely definitive). I also loved the recent "Casino Royale"(tough, realistic action).

totally agree, although I liked Moore - I think Brosnan was the last awesome 007

I also think Connery was the best Bond.  I like Daniel Craig as well and I do think Moore did a good job with his Bond rolls.  I was pulling for Brosnan back in 86 before Dalton got the roll and wasn't disappointed when he finally got his chance at Bond.  I did like Dalton as Bond too.  The only Bond actor I didn't like was Lazenby.  I haven't decided who I like better, Craig or Brosnan for second best Bond.

I think Moore had 2 of the better movies in The Man with the Golden Gun and Live and Let Die. I liked Brosnan in Goldeneye but I think he had some of the weaker movies overall and that hurts any comparison. I wasn't sure at first about Daniel Craig but boy did he win me over fast.

I think Craig had that effect on most naysayers. His trailers are better than most entire movies.

Connery all the way with Craig and Brosnan tying for a far second.I like Moore MUCH better in the Saint than as Bond. Goldfinger and You Only Live Twice are my favorites. YOLT was partially filmed at Toho and featured Toho leading ladies Mie Hama(she was Fumiko in Kong vs Godzilla and Madame X in Kong Escapes) as Kissy Suzuki and Eiko Wakabayashi as the Japanese secret service agent. Eiko was in alot of classic Toho kaiju movies such as Dogora, Ghidrah the 3 Headed Monster as well as a few episodes of Ultra Q and Ultraman. German beauty Karin Dor was also in YOLT, she was also in Naschy's Assignment Terror and Castle of the Walking Dead with Christopher Lee and Lex Barker.
