Any other fans of Blake's 7 on this forum?

I'm sure I'd be a fan if I knew who the heck they were. I like the logo anyway. I dig almost anything outer space.

I loved Blake's 7. We got it on our PBS station very late on Sunday nights when I was in my late teens. It had that 'punk' feel to it, which separated it from any other science fiction show I'd ever seen at that point. The writing and acting were both excellent.  I wish I could get this on DVD for region 1.

!!! One of the best shows ever! I saw it all very recently and loved every second! Really awesome characters and brilliant storylines

I love Blake's 7, it has an early Dr. Who feel to it.  Which isn't surprising since it's creator Terry Nation also wrote many of the Dr. Who stories as well.

Yes, Terry Nation was a great Sci-fi writer as was Robert Holmes who wrote many scripts for Blake's 7 as well as for Dr. Who.

I loved the fact that the characters came and went and that the plots were so character driven.

Most Horrible

I LOVE BLAKE'S SEVEN!!! I'm a true fan of the series and collected much that was B7 at the time of its airing on PBS stations in the late 1980's and into the 1990's: Annuals, monthly magazine, programme guide, novels, 8x10 glossies, Paul Darrow's autograph, Avon, a terrible aspect book, two filk tapes. I was lucky to meet Michael Keating and Paul Darrow at separate cons back in the late 1980's! Ah, Vila and Avon!  Me and my friends got a group picture taken with Paul Darrow...he stood next to me. Yippee! Why oh why don't they release the series on DVD here in the 'states?? Dr. Who and many other British shows are available...why not Blake's 7?  Great story, great cast, and by season three...better costumes. Terry Nation and Paul Darrow talked of a return series but nothing has come of it. Alas, Terry Nation passed away but maybe someday Blake's 7 will return.

I keep hearing rumors of a new series but nothing ...

Btw ~ I hate the way the series ended.
