The capoff to a notoriously bad year for heavy metal. Judas Priest, one of three bands in Metal's holy trinity, will be conducting they're final world tour. Called, "Epitaph", this will commence this summer. I know that words can't describe the disapointment of legions of heavy metal fans.

I wouldn't count on it.
It does seem like its time for that band to pack it in, though.

Listen, I went on to see Danzig on his farewell tour a few years ago.
I also saw him this past December - if you catch my drift.

Speakin' of Priest....

..BIG fan of Two, Rob Halfords industrial band produced by Trent Reznor.

Love this record.
I understand its universally panned and even Trent himself has offered a public apology for it, but that makes me sick.

Trent also said his cover of Adam & The Ants "Physical (You're So)" was tongue in cheek.
don't believe him.
That song rules and so does his version.
So does the 2wo album.

Being a Priest fan, I would hope this tour isn't their last. "Epitaph"

Here lies one of the Greatest and Influential heavy Metal
                            bands of all time.
"They come from the bowels of hell; a transformed race of walking dead. Zombies, guided by a master plan for complete domination of the Earth."

At least they'll still be making new albums, evidently they are working on new material right now. Saw them on the "Masters of MEtal" tour w/ Heaven & Hell & Testament; they were killer! Halford IV "Made of Metal" is also a really good album as well.....
