1.  Real Housewives who are neither real, nor housewives.
2.  The Jersey Shore---the show, not the real thing
3.  Everybody sees ghosts everywhere now.  Really?  And they're all on TV.
4.  Political entertainment selling itself as news.... the adage 'consider the source' has never been
     more sage advice.
5.  TV showa that stared out interesting, like 'Deadliest Catch' that have fallen into the same trap as
the other 'reality' shows-----instead of staying true to their naturally wide audience demographic
by being just rolling cameras, they have to prop up false drama with crafted editing that makes it
look like something else is going on---------JUST FILM THE CRAB FISHERMAN FISHING!

EVERYTHING IS TABLOIDY AND FAKE!!  So I shut it all off.

There are very few shows that interest me. But, i do enjoy Pawn Stars, American Pickers, Antiques Roadshow, Man vs Food, and watching the Cincinnati Reds!!! I used to watch the Simpsons but the last few times I tried it was just too lame to continue.

Having said that, I only watch these shows if I come across them while channel surfing for them. I don't find out when they are on and make an attempt to watch them. I'm usually painting or reading, when not working.

I generally watch only PBS, TCM & a local community college channel that shows tons of public domain stuff, including lots of monsters & sci-fi. Oh yeah, sometimes Family Guy, Seinfeld reruns, & America's Dumbest on TruTV has become a guilty pleasure. Other than that, I'm pleasantly out of the loop. I'll be dead before I watch ANY cable news channel.
