Funny you should mention this, I was about to post my last sci-fi tv show watched, because minutes ago I finished watching The Outer Limits episode- Soldier- that I HAD to watch after I heard the word "Kagan"!!!! I kept thinking ~ Kagan~ over and over ~ Dog-a-Kagan, Quarlo, etc. And now I'm back to my old normal self again. Thanks memory stimuli!

He can spot celebrity look-alikes everywhere we go, but not as fast as you probably do. Sometimes he'll spot an obscure movie director look-alike or politician look-alike and we'll all look at him with a HUH??? But he's pretty dead-on with movie and tv stars. We really are entertained by his ability!

I don't know what it is. Anybody can look at 2 people side by side and see resemblances. I have images in my HEAD that I compare the person I'm looking at to. If there's something about a nose, eye shape, a hairline-------I pick it up and compare it to the million images in my head. It's an idiot savant skill. ::)
We play look-a-likes 24/7 in my clan. Sometimes it's a competition. And sometimes people get pissed if I name to many or beat them to the punch. There are many kinds of look-alikes. There's the straight up, the combo, the triple combo and anything above triple combo you try to stretch to SEVEN to give a person 'chameleon status'. A comb or triple combo necessitates a name given to the person, e.g., one St Patricks Day, my buddy called an Eddie Money/ Eddie Munster/ Michael Keaton triple combo on a guy. He became 'Eddie Munster-Keaton' . I saw a combo that resembled my cousin Wade and his friend Chas-----so we named it Chade, then switched it to Was. Naming is a skill all it's own. People rarely name their own calls--------so everyone can get in on it. Chameleons rarely look exactly like any ONE person----but rather a little bit like a whole bunch of people who may not look like each other at all... like this guy we saw in the bleachers at Fenway Park who had Babe Ruth, Jack Lemon and my uncle Bob in him + at least 4 others. Sometimes the funniest thing is when everyone is piling look-alikes on a chameleon that are terrible and some people are scoring the call while others are condemning it.... all the while some poor freaking guy is just trying to get a bag of peanuts 20 feet away from you as you skewer him.
Theme Parks and malls are what we call in the industry: 'target rich environments'. ;)

Whew! Charlotte.... For a moment I thought you were going to say that you got a door to door breast exam from Newt Gingrich! My wife likes the Ken/ Rick Perry one, too. I'm not being the slightest bit political- I swear! But every time I hear about the GOP debates or whatever, I keep hearing Knute Rockne in my head! I probably have seen that movie 40 times! Fidrych was a Zenith, Charp. He was gone quick as he came. He had a sensational year his rookie season in 1976, then he hurt his shoulder before sports /medical science knew what to do about his type of injury. He was 19-9 as a rokkie pitcher for a 5th place club-----then 10-10 the whole rest of his career, I believe. Tragically, he died in a freak accident at home a few years back.

HA! :) Moonshadow- When I was a kid, my parents had those godforsaken Funk & Wagnells (I think that's the other name) Medical Encyclopedias, and I was always looking at the ahem....human anatomy pages! I'm surprised I'm not scarred for life! So many worse things than Beetle Brow can happen to the human body! Especially in the 1968 edition of those books. This is the reason I'm a bad doppelganger spotter. I can't look too long, or I'll start imagining things like - gangrene Vol. 8, page 11 (just kidding)!
Once in a while, I come across a person who looks like MANY people, though not exactly like ANY of them---who also do NOT necessarily look like each other themselves. My crew categorizes that type of doppleganger a 'chameleon'. Officially in our crew, you need to have 7+ look alikes to be a chameleon.

Reminds me of the scene in The Fly sequel with Eric Stoltz...
Marty and Beth check into a remote motel to hide from all the people chasing them. Martin's getting a lot worse now. This scene was used in the old commercials that promoted the film, and it scared me to death as a kid. Rumor Willis has to be one of the most heinous looking Hollywood progeny in Hollywood today. That weird, screwed-up nose that I'm sure has been "worked on," but she seems to have too much face for her features. The chin is humongous, the eyes are tiny and weasel-like. The lips are thin slashes. Both Demi and Bruce are nice looking people, but there had to be some serious ugly in one or both of their genes to produce this monstrosity. Plus, she thinks she's one of "the beautiful people!" Gawd.

SALISBURY, Conn. -- Caption Rip Torn was arrested on Friday night for an alleged break-in attempt at a Connecticut bank, the state police department confirmed to Access Hollywood.
According to a statement from state police, the actor, whose real name is Elmore Torn, was charged with carrying a firearm without a permit, carrying a firearm while intoxicated, first-degree burglary, first-degree trespassing and third-degree criminal mischief following an alleged forced entry at a Litchfield Bancorp building in Salisbury, Conn. His alleged break-in set off an alarm at approximately 9:42 PM and he was arrested shortly thereafter when troopers from Connecticut State Police Troop B arrived on the scene.
Police further stated that Torn was in possession of a loaded revolver at the time of the arrest.
He was held on a $100,000 bail and is scheduled for a February 1 court date.
A rep for the star did not immediately respond to requests for comment from Access.
The arrest was not his first — he has faced a number of DUI charges, including a December 2008 arrest that produced a now infamous, wild-haired mug shot.
