Haven't watched it yet today but I hope to later when the kids are sleeping, Spartacus: Blood and Sand. It's a new series on Starz but you can watch the first season instantly on Netflix. I watched 3 episodes the other day and can't wait to delve back into it, it's done in the same style as 300 so if you liked that flick or Gladiator I would highly recommend it.
Other than that watched a Smallville this morning and watched Justified last night before bed.

I think it is so cool that someone of your generation loves this stuff. I work with a guy who is 25 and he A-won't touch it if it is in B/W and B-didn't know who Boris Karloff was. >:(
A lot people my age dig stuff that was made 20-30 years before they were born. I think many younger people are missing out on some great and classic entertainment by being dumbed down to accept only big CG or retarded comedy stuff.

Ah....don't give up! I'm a watcher and have come to notice that they convey a lot of info via throw away lines. Thing to remember to is that TV and movies today write their own supernaturals guidelines for their little universe, and the writers often drop little hints and to re-visit for sometime.
We think that we've figured out Sookie, and last night was supposed to entirely reveal what she is....but only Eric got the downlow!
TB deals with a lot of supernaturals, and some TV has not really seen much of it, so one almost needs a scorecard to keep who's who straight!

I was pumped to here it was coming back. Then seeing the intro and how young everyone was I didn't bother. It's a big task to revive a classic 70's or 80's show and make it work.

I watched 4 episodes today just waiting for the Pro Bowl to come on. Plus Stephanie Kramer is pretty damn cute. And Fred Dryer is an ex 70's NFL player. It's worth the 60 cents an episode by far.

Finally watched back the "LA Ink" series finale. Man, they gave her the bum's rush of a series ender. It was obviously heading towards a season-ending cliffhanger, then they just started showing news clips and summing up stuff. A star on TLC for 5 years, then, BOOM! "C'ya! Wouldn't wanna b'ya!"
I saw an episode of "Gidget" today with Richard Dreyfuss as the guest star. He was about 19 on this show. This was made about a year before his "Bewitched" guest shot. Amazing to see two future Oscar winning doing mid-60's teen fluff. There was a second episode where Gidget forms a rock band, she wears a "Goth" wig and it makes her look like Janeanne Garafolo.

Grey's anatomy-my wife has got me hooked on this show. it's not the usual medical drama, there's a lot of comedy as well as drama and a surprisong amount of blood and gore, though not in a horror movie way, just realistic medical /surgery depiction.
History channel: everything. Lol

Yeah, he was always a 'feeler'... and these sad women throw themselves at him, too. But, then, how do you think their families GET ON the show? Some folks from MY family (not me) auditioned for Family Feud (long time ago). They were 'normal' people looking to play a game-------but at the audition, they realized they were NOT the *right kind* of people. ;) Phoney, flashy, flirty was what got you on the show-------not competence at giving 'top' answers quickly. :o

cringes... I cannot STAND Dave Hesters "yuuupp" oh my gosh. ::)...
could anything be more annoying than him yelling that? bleh. ???.
I DO however watch it , because of a gentleman named Barry,
who I would marry in 3 seconds flat, if he asked..
I am so " in love " with him, its ridiculous. .
I always liked Stan Lee, [as one of my major crushes], until I saw Barry,
and now , its just a lost cause. .
Everyone ( all my friends, or whoever hears this "news" ) thinks this is hilarious/bizarre,etc... ,
because they dont " get' why in the
world a girl like me, would want to be with ' him'. .
but my question is ... WHY WOULDNT i want to be?
He goes antiquing , loves old cars and "weird" stuff..
he is just quirky. . Love it .
If you ever see him/ run into him.. tell him Miss Dead wants to marry him !!!! ;D
