Sure going back to Woolworths in 1974 to grab 20 AHI CREATURES on a card sounds like a great idea...but you move the switch in the wrong direction and THIS is what you are in for!

Are you kidding? Hell yeah I wish I had a time machine.
1. I would have gone to college straight after high school instead of wasting all of these years & starting too late.
2. I wish I could have a chance to talk to my dad & see if he was really this great tough guy everybody says he was.
3. I wish I could go back to the early 90's & order some Coffin Joe movies from Something Weird Video.
4. I want to have at least one more Saturday afternoon of kung fu movies & pizza with ALL of my cousins before we grew up & they moved away.
5. Here in St. Louis, back in the 80's, there used to be a pizza restaurant called "Big Cheese Pizza" that had the best pizza in this city! I swear on a stack of bibles, this was the best & I'd give anything to go back & get their 16" pizza.
Spank, it sounds like you would put time travel to some good uses. ;D
As for me, though, I have a strong suspicion that I would probably end up in 1960's Brazil... ;)

If that's the case, you better get there first then...because I'm not sharing. :P

Of course, I kid. In all seriousness, I have only the utmost respect for Mr. Mojica.

Absolutely! He gets 1,000% of my respect. I'm just a total clown. ::) My true feelings about time travel are in my first post (especially the one about my dad).
If I could go back I would try to meet my present wife sooner. It would have saved a lot of grief
for the both of us. I also would have talked to a teacher or someone about the abuse my Father
did to me with his closed fist and belt beatings.

Wow, you've had some real struggles in your life. :'(
Misterhoror,
Reading your post today took my breath away. In the first place to hear of your problems with your dad makes me remmeber two things- some people are cruel and somepeople just don't know any better.
Let's pray your father was the latter.
What realy made me think, "WOW" , was this.
"If I could go back I would try to meet my present wife sooner"
What a wonderful sentiment to read on Valentine's Day.
Whatever bad hand you were dealt with in the past, it seems like you have a "full House" in your present.
That is a great blessing.
Thank you.Yes,my wife is a true blessing an angel from heaven.
It's groovy to have someone to share love with, especially during the tough times. I assume the feelings you have towards your wife, Misterhorror, can be summed up by saying:
"I'd rather have bad times with you, than good times with someone else.
I'd rather be beside you in a storm, than safe & warm by myself
I'd rather have hard times together, than to have it easy apart
I'd rather have the one who holds my heart" - Luther Vandross
Wow! I didn't know I could get so mushy. :P
Luther told the truth, Spank. Nice sentiment on Valentines Day!
Hey after growing up being a tomboy, I knew my softer side would have to show itself eventually.
