You need to play 1st Avenue here in Minneapolis (Purple Rain). There's also the 7th st. Entry which is also part of 1st Ave where all alternative music bands as well as headlining acts perform. Then we can hook up, drink beer, gaze at Mpls monster collections (there's several of them), and take in a MN Vikings victory. That's if you can get past Tony Romo long enough to witness a championship in the making. ;D

Ha!...Yes it does seem that way, though I stress vocalist and def not a singer. I have a metal/hardcore band called Locked thats been around for a bit now...if it were up to me the lyrics would be more about TAB and monsters...but the other 3 guys really aren't feeling that.
Fair warning this is death metal...as far as the "band members" and "influence" section goes...I thought that was the dumbest damn thing I ever read in my life...but my guitarist has to have his way here and there...

The similarities continue. My band was also a hardcore metal band. The band was named Vile. Then I started to wear women's clothing in a band called Mondo Trasho. I...wow...I really have no idea what to say. The 1st kid pic made TAB come out of my nostrils, then the 2nd kinda made it come back up from stomach!! WHOA!!!....but...I understand..completely.
Someone must be a fan of the New York Dolls..or Johnny Thunders..etc.
As far as Vile goes...there is a pretty well established death metal act called Vile, 1st release being Depopulate and came out in hmmmm maybe 2002? Thats not the same band right? Because if it is..you totally redeemed yourself!!
Anyway, when the mosh pits clear up, the guitars are unplugged and its time to go home...after years of being raised on all things rock, punk and heavy metal....I still enjoy my Christmas with the Rat Pack cd best, go figure and time to dodge the rocks!!!!
