One of the best horror anthologies I've ever seen.
Mike Dougherty has made a Halloween classic.
I can't wait to finally own this in October.

If you're really into classic posters--go to the UMA classifieds section--MONSTERS FOR SALE--and look at the 2nd thread there. We offer a tremendous (VAST, GIGANTIC!) collection of classic posters on disk (for a nominal fee), and they can be printed from the disk to 11x17--tremendously good quality images!

That IS nice. I'm gonna have to break down and get that CD set. Nothing like great wall art to spice up a room. And it would be alot cheaper than paying $10 per even with a sleeve given the fact I'd need a new printer.

You actually had enough wall space for a 3' x6' poster? I don't have wall space for a 3" x 6" poster. The only thing I cn hang up anymore are postage stamps.

more color to it or something.

Very rare! There may be more than one, but not many more. Also, that art deco style is very popular. And it's a classic film, of course.
I have the movie on dvd, part of the 50 horror classics, but have never watched it.

If you've never seen it, watch it! If it's on a PD set, like the Mill Creek 50 movie sets, it won't be the restored version (and probably not a great print), but if you like it a lot you might want to get the restored.

what movie is this from?
That is the name of the movie. In English it's "Dracula, Prisoner of Frankenstein"
I like the movie, although Drac doesn't do much. Actually nothing much happens in the movie, but it is filled with great atmosphere. It is also the one movie where I have an original lobby card.
Franco's best monster movie IMO was his "Jess Franco's Count Dracula" with Christopher Lee and the FINE Soledad Miranda. That one I would highly recommend.

I actually gave this movie to my friend, and I never, ever part with any of my movies. But, the movie
was disappointing :P
I hear you mars, if you haven't already check out his Count Dracula.

I've got a 24" x 36" reprint of this over my dresser. Last thing I see at night and first thing when I wake up. Great poster.
Never saw that Frankenstein 1970 poster, before. Nice!
Also a big fan of the Belgian Curse of the Werewolf posters!

House of Dracula looks awesome!!!
I love the skulls and bat on the Drac card. I have a framed print of this same set but with Drac turning with his cape across his face when Van Helsing pulls out the cross. I couldn't find that one online, but this one came up.

Here are some posters that I actually have in my collection:
German one sheet for Gamera vs Monster X. The German titles are great-they always manage to make Dr Frankenstein part of the story! The title translates as Gamera vs Jiger: Frankenstein's Demon threatens the World!

Another German one sheet, this one for the X From Outer Space, one of the craziest Japanese monster movies ever. The German title translates as Guila: Frankenstein's Devil Egg

Here's a poster I made/painted for a horror film I Co-Directed, Produced, and acted in called "Revenge" (I put this in the enlistee's art gallery forum too).
I'm very influenced by Hammer horror films (as most of you are), and I tired to capture that Hammer feeling with the colors and subject matter. The other Co-Director of the movie (Chris Anderson) did the lettering/graphics.
This was the first horror movie poster I made....I made another poster for a horror film festival (I'll post that one sometime soon).
There were only 2 actors in this film (me...Tim Malik, and Kwesi Kurtz-Weathers...the dude screaming on the poster). I worked off one of the stills from the movie.

A traumatic early childhood event or adolescent experiences with the opposite sex clearly left him so emotionally scarred that he's had a fear of women ever since.
