*Honorary Mention: The Classic Fleischer's
Great call, Craig. I consider the Superman run the best animation, movie, short, etc, ever, but did not see them until I was an adult. The only thing that has come close in modern times, IMO, is The Iron Giant.
This is really hard to nail down.
Looney Tunes/Merry Melodies
Tom and Jerry
All 30s-50s Disney shorts (LOVE old Disney)
Hanna Barbera of the 50s/60s (Huck Hound, Yogi Bear, Flintstones, Scooby Doo, etc.)

WGN, but especially Bob Bell's BOZO -I know, not a cartoon).
Rocky & Bullwinkle
George Of The Jungle
Super 6 ("You'll suffer the wrath of ColdPinky!")

Hey Scary Terry, I lived in SE Iowa in the early '70's until I graduated H.S. ('79). I dearly recall Cpt. Ernie!! You probably watched Acri Creature Feature too, I'll wager! I got to see Chuck, Vincent Hedges, Beuregard & Link in person back in '73. Small world!

-The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy
-Johnny Bravo
-Space Ghost Coast to Coast
-Aaahh!!! Real Monsters

Scooby Doo, Where Are You!
Looney Tunes

Real Ghostbusters
I was born in 72' and both Scooby Doo, Where Are You! & Loony Tunes were in constant rotation thru out the 70's and 80's.
He-Man and G.I. Joe both debut when I was 11 and I watched them both until they no longer aired them.
Real Ghostbusters didn't debut until I was 14 and again I watched it until it was no longer on the air.

Best,

Craig, the great Popeye and Bugs Bunny work from the 1940s, maybe the 1950s (with all of the war propaganda) was THE best in my opinion. The references to Dracula, Frankenstein and Joe DiMaggio by Bugs and Daffy are timeless.
Anything Tex Avery touched.
The original Jonny Quest is another . The standard by which all others should be measured against.
The intro/outro alone blows most other entire series out of the water
Well, I have the seasons to my favorites:
Animaniacs
Looney Tunes (gold collection)
Batman Adventures
Daria
Freakazoid
(I also have Tiny Toon Adventures - yes, I still watch them all and no, I don't act my age)
1.Jonny Quest
2.Scooby Doo
3. Planet of the Apes
4.Groovie Ghoulies(Filmation)
5.Superfriends
A friend gave me one of those DVD's with a billion cartoons on it. Low quality, but I was pleasantly surprised to find some Hoppity Hooper therein. I've got a weakness for Hoppity Hooper. I hadn't heard that jazzy title tune in many moons.
1. Monsters in my pocket
2. Scooby doo
3. Attack of the killer tomatoes
4. Teenage mutant ninja turtles
5. Thunder cats
Looney Tunes
Tex Avery
Jonny Quest
Scooby Doo
Space Ghost
The Herculoids
The Flintstones
Tom & Jerry
The Mighty Heros
Mighty Mouse
Starblazers
Force Five (Starvengers, Giaking, Dangaurd Ace, etc.,)
Battle Of The Planets
Macross
Frankenstein Jr.
Flash Gordon
The Fantastic Four
Spider-Man
The Incredible Hulk
The Jetsons
Spider-Man and his Amazing Friends
Justice League
Thundercats
