My Dad passed quietly away Tuesday night at 9:20 . He was surrounded by his family and the last sound he heard was the laughter of his grandchildren. How perfect is that ? the perfect way to go in my opinion. We miss and love you Dad !

Deep, heartfelt condolences to you. You're right--it was good he heard the laughter of children as he passed.

Tom,

Laughter at a time that is full of sorrow is an indication of the life that the person lived. I think that the laughter pays tribute to the man that can inspire it. I think it also says a lot about the family too. I hope that you and your family can use the l;aughter to help heal the sorrow that is obviously therer also. my condolences to your family.

Tom, so sorry to hear of your loss. However, i am pleased to know your dad passed on quietly amidst the love and laughter of his family...we all should be so lucky.

My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family .
My Dad passed away almost thirty years ago and not a day goes by that
I don't remember something funny that he said or something that he did for me
that meant a lot then and means even more now..Remember all the fun times and celebrate
your Dad's life.
It does get better,trust me.
