This started out as a running joke but now it's for real.
I can not say who did this but I will say it was at least 8 people that emailed me and said they wish I wasn't going to Monsterpalooza.
I said I was going and was on the guest list and there wasn't a damn thing they could do about it.
So, thinking that this was a big joke, I said if you paid me 300.00 I would not go.
And they literally chipped in that amount of money into my paypal account with the condition I stay away from there.
Well, The money is now in my bank account and it was listed in paypal under services.
It's nice to be hated so much that people don't want you around,... but to be paid for it.... It's Glorious!
Dear dear Steve. My sympathies for being the most hated man on the planet, but with all due respect, I myself, and most of this forum are simply not buying it anymore. May I suggest you refrain from playing the victim here all the time? Your a better actor than that. And the threads here at this forum deserve better too.
We're a compassionate bunch here, but I have to be honest with you, I can only take the sounds of violins for so long. Please try and stay on topic without directing the topic towards you and your personal woes. It's beginning to feel as if every thread ends up being about you and your injustices rather than the monsters.
I ask this request with the utmost amount of love and compassion for you and your circumstances, but we are trying to run a monster forum here with the least amount of diversion as possible. Let's keep the personal stuff for private messages and off list e-mail. Please?

I will keep it to just monsters and collecting but I just need to clear the air on a few things.
First of all, I never said I was the most hated man in the world, as a matter of fact, I am loved very much by more people than you will ever know.
Second of all, I was paid not to go to Monsterpalooza but that doesn't mean I won't be there.
Knowing all the special effects and make up men I do out here I can go as anyone but me.
I will be there, they just won't know it..... kinda like "Darkman"
There was a similar problem like this a short time ago where I kept getting harrassing pm's and emails and I found out who the person was.
I won't go into specific details but let's just say he wasn't expecting a round house kick to the face from an 82 year old man.
I'll leave it at that....
So as promised my next post will be about monsters and horror props.

2. You're a man of your word
3. You are going to attend in disguise anyway
4. You are suggesting that you are going to attack someone there
We have no way of verifying if anything you say is true, and don't much care. It doesn't make a lot of sense for someone to pay you $300 to not go to Monsterpalooza when after the hostile way you've been acting toward this forum and it's members through your posts and threats of attacking people would cause Eliot to prohibit your entry anyway. You made thinly veiled threats against Mike Scott, an administrator of this forum, and now you are threatening to physically attack one or more people at Monsterpalooza. This is completely unacceptable and has become a matter for the police. You have talked about being banned quite a lot lately, although it has never happened here until now. We have tried very hard to be tolerant and understanding, but this is too much. You are no longer welcome at the UMA, and your account is inactive.
These posts were taken from another Monsterpalooza thread and split out on their own. I don't know if Steve's claims of someone harassing him via PM, etc or paying him not to attend Monsterpalooza are true or not, but if they are and you were involved in that in any way, be aware that threats have been made against you. I would rather not even have this topic on the forum, but it would be irresponsible not to let anyone who might be targeted by startrekstuntman know of the threats that have been made.
