I'm pretty sure this is the place to find what I need.
I'm going to be part of a Halloween-themed art multi-artist gallery show in Burbank this June. I have an idea of the piece I want to do, but I need reference photos.
What I'm looking for is an old photo of a kid wearing a Ben Cooper Frankenstein Halloween costume, or something very similar. I don't need the actual photo, just a digital copy of it.
Can anyone help? If the photo is vintage of you wearing the costume, you could become immortalized in an original Dietz piece of art!
Thanks, everyone!
PS - if this post belongs in a different folder, let me know. I wasn't sure if this qualified as a "classified ad."
Here's a photo I saved off the internet awhile back. Not sure if this is the one you are looking for.

Ah, damn. The only pic of me in a costume is some Gay clown costume.
If you want to come over and take pics of the vintage costumes, we can do that.

Nope, you're fine. If not, it's easy for us to move. :)
This copyright-protected photo of mine is titled "Your Candy Sucks!".

Thats a great looking kid there. ;) ;D You are more than welcome to use the Picture, if you wish. HHW
Is that you? I just found it on the internet a long time ago. Sorry, I didn't know!

Yep that is little HHWolfman as Frankie. As far as posting it. We are family buddy. I saw it on your website, I think, and was proud you posted it on there. :)
Well thanks. Like I said, I didn't realize it was you. Not sure where I found that image.
I'm just jealous that I don't have a photo of me wearing my Ben Cooper Frankie from when I was a kid. It's the one photo I really wish I had. I don't have the costume or mask anymore either. I'm re-living it through you!
Not sure if this one is any help. I don't even remember where I snagged the pic.

What's really weird is, the devil had a Scatter costume!
Actually, somewhere I have a photo of my Mom wearing the BC Frank mask!

I had that costume, but if I did that with my finger, my mom woulda broke it off and handed it to me.
That's actually a staged photo of my little nephew from a couple years ago. I took two shots, one with his hand open and one with it closed . . . then I Photoshopped the final composition and added the vintage picture border.
I recently sold the rights to this image to greeting card company. Not sure how they plan on marketing it but the caption is "Trick or treat, smell my feet . . . your candy sucks!"
If anyone wants to contribute these to the new MONSTERKIDS documentary... I would be much appreciated. Can you send them Hi-Res to me? PM me if you are interested.

That's a great mask display. I've never seen some of those. I especially like the ones in the center.

Yea it is. I just wish it was mine. Got it from the same place I got the pics in my Ben Cooper/Collegeville wants thread.
Those Frankenstein masks belong to member Devlin. That's his photo.

I got that over on Flickr from Nightowlghoul's photo stream. The guy has a TON of cool pics. Ispent well over an hour a couple weeks ago looking at it.
So if those are Devlins masks he's got some nice stuff.
Thanks for all the help, folks. Here's the final piece, which sold opening night of the gallery show at Halloweentown. It's called "Little Monster, Big Dreams":

Nice work!
I like the approach and the title is wonderful.
Very cool concept and execution, Frank! Nicely done.
The picture itself is really cute, but the title makes it classic.

I think this devil costume is from 1967 but could possibly be earlier
Someone posted this link on my Flickr the other day.
