Last week I picked up my annual box of Frankenberry and I noticed that the usual cartoon drawings of our favorite spooky cereal mascots were gone aha had been replaced by puppety characters. Upon closer inspection of the box back I discovered that the cereal monsters were created by the Jim Henson shop. They look good and this makes me wonder if we may be seeing more uses for these Henson creatures, maybe a Halloween special of some sort. Perhaps something that would encourage licensing of these long neglected characters.

I can't imagine then doing that just for a cereal box.
There's been a pretty large push with these for a bit over a month, including commercials and merch. I doubt there's a show of any sort in the offing and, given the even quirkier personalities they've been given in the commercials, perhaps that's a good thing.
I must be watching the wrong channels, I haven't seen a single Monster Cereal commercial this year.

You're better off for it.
I guess they forgot Frankenberry has a Karloffian accent.
Terrible, just terrible.
